cutting Down a 90 ft tree in Avalon Pa

At one time I used to do landscaping for a living and worked out of state. I was going somewhere local so I was walking there n came across these guys citing down this tree and was pretty high in the sky closed in by power wires and houses.  Of course you know I had my cameras on me lol.  So I took some photos. I talked to these guys and was cool with the photos so I asked if I could take this video and of course here it is lol... Pittsburgh Food Bank on Good Friday

Pittsburgh Food Bank partners up with several groups, organizations and the city of Pittsburgh to help feed Pittsburghers in the lower Hill district part of the city. This was set up for anyone to come and get boxes of food due to the Corona virus people had to drive up and volunteers loaded the cars with 2 boxes, 1 box of dry goods and 1 box of frozen goods. The food bank had loaded 1500 cars with food on this Good Friday. If you live in Pittsburgh and need food or anything else you can call, go on their website or their socials. 3rivers chopper filming 2011

I filmed this chopper in 2011 at the 3rivers regatta it was filming the races I guess. Thought it was cool how close it got and low it got to get the angles it needed then it flew away and then took several passes by the same bridge to get the race. I hope yinz like the video of the chopper thought it was cool.

Bio for Isacc and Lorraine Brown: Ike & Lorraine Brown Long before Isaac and Lorraine, affectionately known as Ma & Pa Kettle, opened Brown's Kitchen they had a passion for cooking. Ike was a cook in the United States Army and Lorraine was a cook at Riverside Nursing Home in McKeesport, PA. Brown’s kitchen was formed in 2004 when they started cooking at the original Bubba’s Bar & Grille, Inc. in McKeesport, PA and continued at Bubba’s II when Bubba’s moved to a new location in McKeesport in 2006.Their catering business began in 2008 which flourished into a thriving catering business in the Mon Valley. Ike and Lorraine retired from Ma & Pa Kettle’s (Brown’s Kitchen) at Bubba’s II Bar & Grille in 2015, which saddened their many faithful customers. Full Bio of Kofi Atiba Kwesi (aka) Jesse O. Johnson, Jr. Born Jesse O. Johnson, Jr. in Philadelphia, PA on February , 5, 1960. Mr. Johnson changed his name to be Kofi Atiba Kwesi in 1989. Atiba is a father and grandfather. He also has spent much of his life incarcerated where he educated himself and committed to advocating for those in need. After obtaining his certification as a Paralegal, he fought to free himself and others while incarcerated in New Jersey State Prison System. Atiba, along with Elaine Selan and Abdullah Douglas, created an organization names "And Justice For All." The organization led a successful five year legal battle against the New Jersey State Parole Board culminating in Atiba receiving $50,000 and his release. Subsequently, a federal class action lawsuit was filed using parole hearings, resulting in 1,500 being released. In addition, Atiba fought to help incarcerated women keep their parental rights upon release and assisted those threatened

Full Bio of Mayor Keith: Mayor Keith Jackson was raised and educated in Rochester Pa. Through the years he has worked in the Laborers' Union Local 833. Mayor Jackson was a supervisor at Shasta Steel, a general foreman at Shutey's Associates, a PA State Constable and Chief of Staff at Penn Pavilion. Mayor Jackson as also been a Democratic Chairperson Rochester Borough as well as on the Democratic executive board. Mayor Jackson held several positions in the community as well such as vice president Rochester borough library, committee Rochester parks and memorial foundation restoration, involved in the program cops for kids being better for beaver county and was on Rochester borough council. Mayor Jackson is now the first African American Mayor in Rochester Pa.

Andrew Goudy Brief Biography:            Dr. Andrew Goudy graduated from Trinity Area High School and received abachelor and master's degree in chemistry from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He worked as a chemistry teacher in the Canon-McMillan School District for two years and went on to receive a PhD degree from the University of Pittsburgh.  With his PhD, Goudy went on to work as a chemistry professor at West Chester University of Pennsylvania for 24 years was awarded the distinction of professor emeritus for his contributions to the University.  Goudy then moved to Delaware and took a position as professor and Chair of the Chemistry Department at Delaware State University. While at Delaware State University he researched hydrogen storage materials. He and his students published numerous articles and obtained a US patent for the discovery of a unique hydrogen storage material.  He presented the results of his research findings at international research conferences in

TMAG's Black History Celebration Reception held in the Marriott Hotel in Pittsburgh in February was  a huge success, with a full ballroom and honorees from across the state of Pennsylvania. This is an annual celebration and history event held every year by TMAG and published in Talk Magazine's Spring Issue every year. This year the honorees were as follows: Lorraine Cross, Dr. Andrew Goudy, Mayor Keith Jackson,  Fred O. Rush, Jr., Kofi Atiba Kwesi (aka) Jesse O. Johnson, Jr., Isacc and Lorraine Brown. The singer that led everyone in the singing of Lift Ev'ry Voice was Bridgette Perdue. The dancing was led by The Legacy Arts Project and Nia Dance Ensemble with Ebony Zanowa.
